Is automated cross-platform posting worth it?

How would I evaluate posted subscription as worth it? Maybe I can place a dollar amount of followers throughout all platforms. I do believe eventually I need automated cross-platform posts for each platform. My open questions are: when is it the right time? Can the posts have any negative outcomes, for example, are version updates to LinkedIn worth posting, like I do to link Discord. I like the idea of simply posting to every platform constantly, sharing app-specific updates to app-specific pages, like my Discord updates, but to all platforms.
