Focusing on Health.md after finding product-market fit

I’m reading through Alex West’s of Cyberfeed’s books, and so far he has said a few things that resonate with me. The shotgun slash sniper methodology seemed to hit me the hardest. Shotgun is to go wide, trying many things, while Sniper is to zoom in on a single product and force it to work. Alex argues to go wide until you launch the app that begins generating income. Then, once you know you hit, zoom in and snipe it. HealthMD is clearly a winner, generating over $1,000 each month on iOS and $300 on Android. I need to set aside some of the other apps and zoom in a bit more here. For now, the easy wins are third-party integrations like Whoop, Garmin, Shrava, etc. It may take a bit of investment buying the devices and subscriptions, but a solid integration will pay for itself. Integrations are the number one requested feature. Sorry, I forgot to mention my wife, who is way more important than all my apps and all the money in the world. She was doing better. She was not a fat chipmunk anymore, but she was the most beautiful catchitona ever. We went to Sam’s and got goodies and we watched House of the Dragon. She kind of reminds me of Vhagar because she looks like a badass dragon. I love my wife. I had a two-hour call today with Tyler Brandt. It was the first solid conversation I’ve had with him since after I graduated college. It sounds like he’s crushing it, running entire sections of one of the largest corporations in the world, at least the largest HVAC corporation in the world. It was great hearing from him and learning about all of his near-death experiences. I gotta make sure to keep in contact.
