Building an agent-first Health.md CLI

Oh life.

There was a mosquito buzzing around and sucking on my fingers and face. I decided to stay awake because Armando and I planned on having class at 8am. Turns out he double booked and had to push our class out.

Right around then, Danny texted me, so I hopped in bed to cuddle her and it felt so good we both fell asleep and didn’t wake up until 10:30. It felt great.

Skipping stand-up may have made me more productive. I got a ton done today. Having the focus to manually QA on the Linux machine and ensure my changes actually did the trick.

Health.md 3.0 is still waiting to get past review. During this time, I’ve been going down the agent experience rabbit hole and think I may be onto something. It’s clear after querying the current implementation and needs work and direction. Queries were slow, Mac app required, iOS app selection mattered, etc. I’m currently aiming for the agent to query, filter, analyze any data it wants efficiently from the command line. The only requirement will be the iPhone unlocked. This will unlock Windows and Linux users, as well as hopefully make agentic flows more realistic. Just leave your phone unlocked and your agent can do the rest. I need to make sure this CLI works with Android too. I wonder how that might work.

A separate fun quest is the internal dashboard I’m building for isolated.tech to manage and track app releases, app assets, content generation plus posting. Danny has shown interest in making and managing content, so I’m hoping to build a tool to enable her.
